Im american and USPS has been open and normal all along except that in some parts of the country there are less staff due to covid so delivery might be a bit slower but will still happen. Customs, however, is a different matter. Packages take a long time to finish before being passed to USPS for US delivery, and there may be delays outgoing from US as well (at Customs). What I am not clear about because its always constant rumors, WHO is supposed to have quarantine of packages for Covid --- US or Malaysia? Someone is, at least thats the rumor and that delays delivery too.

USPS had its hands full handling millions of mail-ballots for the election but thats passed now and things should be back to normal.

Our company sends Flexipak to US and other countries and I need a cheap alternative because as I know, Flexipak is never coming back. Pos Malaysia is trying to convert everyone to expensive AsiaExpress. If Flexipak is not fully cancelled, POS is not saying when it will resume and in fact just renewed their suspension notice on the web site.

Based on deliveries from China im still expecting after months, it seems Malaysia airport and customs operations are having extreme problems and need govt intervention. USPS packages are handed over to Pos Malaysia but the tracking becomes ting tong and weird and POS cant even locate package that tracking says arrived at KLIA. KLIA, then MIA!
