damn pos laju, I sent a parcel to my customer in batang kali, then tpday my customer called me that yet to received the parcel, but tracking status shown delivered to someone that my customer have no idea who the hell was that, what can I do now is there any way I can complaint to poslaju? I ask them provide the IC number then they said the IC no incomplete....
