hi guys, i bought something from netherlands, value about rm1500, senders uses postnl.

however, i track in postnl, it says the item has arrive at country of destination, but i track under poslaju, item has not been update and shows still in netherlands, its been 3 weeks since the update

i've called poslaju, they said they have not receive my package yet

any idea does postnl takes longer or item has been detained by kastams or due to raya holidays?
