I'm just having a problem with Ninja Van for my zalora purchase ... the items was ordered last Monday .. and the status of the items was on "shipped" status on the next day. which meant it was picked up by the courier company. When i called Ninja Van CS.. the guy seems clueless and keep on saying he need to check with their warehouse why the items still stuck there....
I even select the self collection option at the nearest MBE kiosk in setia city mall when Ninja Van sent me an SMS for the choosing this option or normal door to door delivery.... to cut the story long short .. actually you can ask Zalora/Lazada to avoid this courier by calling their CS after you made the purchase....
terrible courier service ...
