I have 3 items from JP using EMS to deliver. i am still waiting for my items since 14thOctober.

I have emailed them the invoice and they call me around 21st Ocotober and told me that the items will be delivered another 3 working days and my total tax is how much. But since then they never picked up and my phone and answer my email anymore. I am still waiting for my items to be delivered 😔

Hi,
My items got updated today after I talk to live chat agent at pos Malaysia few days ago. Just wondering what will happen to my post after this update. Anyone knows?

Patient is the key, custom takes the longest time. You might need to push them abit when you tiems stuck at custom. Just got my items today after inform them my items are stuck at custom.
