though quite out dated , but , according to my experience (sending doc to NY monthly)... FedEx is superbly reliable... the price is reasonable too....... +-RM 62 for 500g doc. i do agree with "onemilimeter", DHL operator is very lan si... i called up the branch at 3am, (they open 24 hours mah.....), the operator sounds so impatient and show no customer service etiquette....oops.. DHL is pricey too... 
+- RM 80 for same destination.
