Patient is the key, custom takes the longest time. You might need to push them abit when you tiems stuck at custom. Just got my items today after inform them my items are stuck at custom.

anyone had issue with USPS shipment coming from US ? mine shipped since oct 1st , and the last update was 8th of oct .. till now , so fed up .

USPS is a state postal service like Pos Malaysia. Severe delay is expected. Avoid using them at least until our international borders are open. This is also the reason why Pos Malaysia pause their international service.

Use private courier companies like FedEx, DHL, UPS etc. for your international parcels. They have their own cargo airplanes. Of course you have to expect to pay more.

Oh, i have many packages that claim to have been to KLIA, then "The item is currently in transit to the destination" and "Handed over to last mile carrier" since August and September!! Now almost December and no update, no delivery, no nothing! When I ask POS to please check, they refuse and say "I dont know" and "we have no way to check tracking numbers from other countries." When I ask the senders to help, they tell me to refer to my post office or Customs. Im still waiting for a package that says arrived KLIA in May. Where is it? POS says the case is now too old to check. But when I came many times earlier to check, they told me to settle down and wait.
