Hello guys, I am looking to send my 2nd hand phone to a buyer up north but currently thinking if it is a safe thing to do after reading people getting their parcels stolen?

Went through old threads here advising to buy insurance & not declaring the actual item. Curious if buying insurance really insure the amount if really do get stolen/lost?
