For 2kg, poslaju is RM13 and citylink is RM15. Both are very reliable going to penang. But, glass is easy to broken. You shall buy additional packing material like bubble wrap and peanut foam to pack them properly.

I want to complaint about citylink whereby the sender sent the parcel on Friday and the location station has received on Saturday but they did not deliver it out. Reason: too many barang to hantar hari ini, so we only can send you on Monday. If you need fast, you can come to collect.

Can they give such lame excuse?

Add another company:

Abda Worldwide Excess Baggage service.

They dont deliver parcels tho, mostly luggages or any boxes, inbound and outbound. Quite cheap but they have a minimum weight for u to send. Varies to some places.

There's an ancient way to do this - make friends with an express bus driver. If you can trust him, pay him a few RM to carry the bottle to Pg. Your recipient in Pg has to come and meet the bus when it arrives. Maybe identification can be a code word or even IC number.

My friends had done this with small steel products from their factory for tens of years.

airpak express is one of those you guys should avoid. stated in the tracking section, out for delivery early in the morning, but I didn't received it until now. call CS, got woman with lazy voice picked up the phone, said they'll come before 6. what kind of service is this.

I wanna ask something..
I have to send out some DVDs to my aunt in Johor Bharu using PosLaju.
What do I write as the description of the parcel? DVD?

p.s. Skynet and Kangaroo have bad services. They can't find my house but PosLaju always can. doh.gif
