Airpak Express is so gooding. Friendly and considerate.

Btw, i have a TERRIBLE experience with Airpak in KAJANG. They lost my package from China (around 1000 rm). Call them say they dont know where is it.
I dont suggest to use Airpak.

poslaju - so far no problem with it..
citylink - fast and call u up b4 sending..even after arrived they will verify back
fedex - call u to pick it urself
gdex - bad exp with them..checked tracking online..item arrived at their center, yet they claimed not found, like 2 weeks.. never call up customer, end up goin to their center..and my item listed as customer request delay.. wat

those exp in kch la.. not sure other place ... thats y i also avoided lazada coz use gdex lol

Hi just want to ask, what's the cheapest Way to send about 15kg of printed catalogues to Australia? Looked around so far and using air parcel service from pos Malaysia seems to be the best - the rest of the couriers' fee almost double the rates. Delivery time in about two weeks time is ok but not more than that ....

hi guys, i bought something from netherlands, value about rm1500, senders uses postnl.

however, i track in postnl, it says the item has arrive at country of destination, but i track under poslaju, item has not been update and shows still in netherlands, its been 3 weeks since the update

i've called poslaju, they said they have not receive my package yet

any idea does postnl takes longer or item has been detained by kastams or due to raya holidays?

question for those who use poslaju service frequently, in the case where no one is at home when the postman arrive, will they:

a) issue a card asking us to collect the item personally at the nearest branch (means you need to call them if you want them to deliver again on the next day)

OR

b) do nothing, postman will attempt to deliver the item again on the next day

or does it differs between area?
