i paid usd54 to a seller using paypal,but then the seller refund it back to me due to stock out problem,i log in my paypal account realize that the transaction status states that it is being refunded but in my paypal balance is still nil after couple of days..would like to know whether my money is being refunded?if it did why is my balance still nil?
