Mmm.... actually the announcement was already up here 2 weeks before we put it into Lowyat. I would agree that it might seem a bit short-noticed though. As posted, we're going to do this once every quarter if possible so do check up with us if you're still interested.

So far 5 teams have already registered, with another 2 confirmed teams registering within 2 days. Unconfirmed teams number around six to eight. I'd say that we'll get our minimum of 8 teams.

I can't post the list of participants now though, but I will post the results here after the tournament.

If you need to contact me, feel free to talk to esp.Sanction or esp.Death. Ya ya, I know that they're no longer playing COD4 but you can get me through them..... or meet up with me at Pro Extreme on Thursday nights. I'd be there playing EVE Online with Sanction if he's going there on Thursdays.

My bad..... we have a few *ahem* technical problems to resolve on our side here earlier, which caused my updates to be thus.....

anyway, anyway.... anyone would like to volunteer their server to store the replays? >_< Cos I've still yet to link them, even though I do have the replays with me....

The results:

1st Place: MI Wonder (kudos, and superb teamwork, guys)

2nd Place: XIII (Da THIRTEEN!!!! No joke about their offensive!)

3rd Place: Arschficker (Great persistence and comeback!)

Also.... we're planning another tourney tentatively at the end of September, we're opening the registration from 13th July 2009 thru 20th September 2009. We'd probably want to make this a Swiss format tourney to give everyone more bang for their buck, but we'd like to do another water test to see how many people would be interested in this upcoming tourney.....

Please feel free to reply to this thread....

I'll be keeping in touch here from now on, and I'd like to thank you all for your interest in the tourney.... we're deeply touched by the encouraging turnout and feedback. No joke, we'll be running more tourneys down the road....

I'm still working on the details for the next tourney, and I'll post it up here the moment it's been completed, till then,

Cheers guys, and happy CoH:ToV-ing ><
