They don't do repairing services, which is what they said when I called them. Also they've stopped stocking KOSS products and informs me that hte only way to get them would be online...anybody know where online in Malaysia I could get these?
If indeed Leapfrog doesn't do repairs and they have stopped stocking Koss then the next best thing is to email Koss directly and get alternative ways to solve the problem.
