Hi all,

I have a Koss Portapro, and it's left speaker is somewhat damaged. Do u know where I can send it for repair? And i understand Portapro is under lifetime warranty right, so do i need to pay? >_<

I checked with sri computers (where i bought the headphone), and they asked me to go to Leapfrog Distribution sdn bhd. Do u guys know about this place? Where is it located and is the service ok?

Thx for the reply. Yea, i've google-ed them and could only found addresses and such. I'm concerned about its services though, whether they do repairing services or not, and whether they can repair Koss products. If i could get some feedback from those who've dealt with them would be nice.

They don't do repairing services, which is what they said when I called them. Also they've stopped stocking KOSS products and informs me that hte only way to get them would be online...anybody know where online in Malaysia I could get these?

This is a valid question since you're asking for customer experiences. Anyway, I've not dealt with them.

Added on November 24, 2009, 5:24 pmIf indeed Leapfrog doesn't do repairs and they have stopped stocking Koss then the next best thing is to email Koss directly and get alternative ways to solve the problem.
