pheww~ just finished reading this thread...

there is 1 concern for me... how bout termite issue if we use wood base cabinet?
coz my mother's house was infected by termite issue last year and the whole cabinet need to be thrown away, the cabinet is less than 4 years...
now they have installed the aluminium type and advise me to do the same for my new house later...
so KC sifu, what is your opinion?
