I intend to put glass on the wall of my kitchen instead of tiles. The 6mm thick glass is slightly tinted in green. I have a few options:

1. Use skim coat and then use weathershield paint on the wall before putting the glass panel
2. Use paint (not emulsion paint) to give it a shiny colour
3. Use sticker on the glass
4. Use tinted sticker to give it a dark colour
5. Use wallpaper behind the glass

Are there any other suggestions? Any comments on the above proposal?

To property user, if you let me choose, i will say, none of the above option is a good ideal. what Shazzac said is the best way to do so. We called it Spray paint glass, which the similar mathod to doing 3G glass door for kitchen cabinet, which spray a colour at the back of glass, and stick the glass to the wall direct, but you cant use normal silicon to do so, because normal silicon "asid" will spoil the colour and you will see the silicon mark after you fix it. there is another type of silicon they said don have asid, that is the right 1 to do it.

Thanks.

Can we use any can type spray paint or do we need special spray paint?

When you said silicon, do you mean glue? Any recommendation on the glue type or brand to stick the glass to the wall?
