1) The small mosaic for 1ft x 1ft is ranging from RM18 to RM25 (those diamond bling-bling one is very expensive...)2) As for the similar design with tiles size 10' x 13' is about RM 2.50 to RM 3.00 per piece.
So 1K for 2.5ft x 10ft mosaic is reasonable....as for tile design should be below RM500 b'cos the tile is very cheap...
