Need some good advise here.

I ask for quotation lately which cost me RM11k (6K for wet kitchen, 5K for dry Kitchen)

My Wet and dry Kitchen is rather small. Around 1.4m x 2.4m for wet kitchen, and 2.6m x 1.5m for dry kitchen.

The package they give is as follow:

-Concrete table with L shape with 2' x 2' tiles for both kitchen installed with bottom cabinet.
-Install wall cabinet until ceiling.
-Two aluminium sliding window (wet kitchen and the one betweet dry and wet kitchen)
-plaster ceiling to cover pipe,
-Wall tiles to ceiling for wet kitchen only.
-1 Exhause fan.
-2 basin with plumbing work.
-1 unit dish rack.
-folding doors.
-3 power point.(Dry)
-2 Power point and 1 lighting point (Wet)

I'm not sure is it over priced or not. Please give some advise. Worth the price?

Guys, I'm about to do renovation of my kitchen. I have two materials to choose here. One is Maica, and another is chipboard.

The renovation guy told me that chipboard colour are done from the factory itself so would be more durable compare to Maica. He said Maica are just like a cover part.

Which one do you think it's better? Maica? Chipboard?

Is this overpriced??
