I believe that new customer always introduced by old customer, that's why I so concern about my customer, hehe! For table top like granite and solid surface, normally they will provide at least 5 years warranty, but if you scratch the solid top, I don't think they will change for you.  What they always warranty is that the table top will not change in colour, or crack (not caused by owner), workmanship. etc.. Just for sharing~    Tan |

Dont worry about your investment in hiring Unity Design. They are good as posted by others in the forum. My friend and I are just one of their happy customers. They delivered as what they promised. Materials used are good and all installation done by professional installers. No other hidden or additional charges once you've confirmed your deal.
I am still pending for the black galaxy granite and some minor touch-ups from Unity. Highly recomended!! |

My kitchen cabinet is finally completed after granite installation. I would say the overall workmanship, materials used and customer service are superb. Kudos to Erny and his team!
We are satisfied with the outcome, however, I might need his service again as my GF complaints storage of our wardrobes. Perhaps, we need to make a bigger size one in due time!! Just like what Erny experienced himself! Also thanks to Ah Ming and other workers. Highly recommended cabinet expert!!! |
