do you guys think 2-3k is enough to built a small cabinet for a kitchen inside a small condominium?

I have to think to have a black and white color very simple cabinet for upper part maybe 3 drawer and 3-4 drawer in the lower part with a 3 small drawer in one of a column.

I think Kubiq is a great duel at the moment I found..
I have compared with wira, ikea and some other unknown shops
