For me, i prefer to do preparation work like cutting and etc on a island table, coz usually prep work takes 3/4 of the entire cooking time while cooking usually need about 1/4 of the time.

If doing prep work facing a wall then feel very boring, but if do on a island table then feel like more space in front... just my preferences.

wah... this is really dangerous... better ask them to change it or else later accident may happen.
