This is Tiziano Malibu (MM3D1)
I love this colour a lot, look clean and simple, nice to go with black table top. Hehe!

You know I was thinking, it would it be a lot cheaper to just put wallpaper with a wood border.

Looking for tiles for kitchen countertop. Preferably that looks like black galaxy or granite colour. I've been to few tiles shop in Jln Ipoh but can't find nice one. Please share with me if you come across. Thank you in advance.

Feruni has some nice 2X3 tiles. Looks a bit like marble. It's expensive but for countertop should be ok as not many pieces required.

Hi,

I want to do a new TV cabinet for my new house. The design is as follows:-

1) wall hung solid wood tv cabinet one foot above floor level. the cabinet must be strong enough to support 100kg of equipment (amplifiers, Cd player, etc). No chipboard or plywood for the main frames, just solid wood.

2) tv wall panels measuring 12 feet x 8 feet high

3) solid wood support for rear speakers

Please PM me your design and quotation or arrange for a visit to my place.

Thanks

wow 100kg ? Probably needs metal support internally. You sure you have 100kg worth of equipments?

Seriously when you deal with contractor and IDs, you have to be extra exta careful. A lot of them can promise the sky and the moon but when they can't deliver, they will always find excuses.

my parents are planning to renovate the house soon. And we're looking into some kitchen designs. Nowadays i see a lot of kitchens have hoods above the stove.  We used to have a house years ago that had a hood and it was a hassle just maintaining it because it was mostly oily. My family cooks everyday and we're not the type that go out to eat unless we're outside. So we plan not to have a hood, but I dont know if the technology of hoods has improve over the years where cleaning and maintaining it wont be a hassle or not.

So i'd like to ask a few 2 cents from you guys if its that necessary at all to have one or it would be fine without one? Btw, my parents just plan to install an exhaust fan as the ventilation, and we normally open the kitchen door when we cook

So if the hood is oily after cooking, do you expect your kitchen to be less oily without a hood? Where do you think the oil goes to now if there's no hood?

I think forummers need to be smart enough to detect fake opinions by the way the person writes and also by looking at the post count of the member. It tells whether the forummer's opinion is genuine or fake.

I've seen many suspicious opinions around.
Take for eg:-

Can you guess which person is a property agent/owner that is trying very hard to get rid of a unit?
