Yes is cheap but later on a lot hidden charge..ask u add this and tat....like install the sink, soft close, handle...
and they just give u total amount without quotation printed rite? if u want printed quotation, pls pay RM200 deposit.
if u want design(hand drawing only) then u need to confirm the order.

So if u try dropby to Erny/Unity Kitchen, u will never regret to travel to kajang.... thumbup.gif
regarding workmanship...i think u can get a lot commend from here...

some ppl recommend Steve too, his price is cheaper than CLS...workmanship also top condition.
*
Hi,

U mention Kajang, any vendor in kajang you can recommend?

Lowlowc, ended up u didn't use Ikea's arr...sad.gif how is ur cabinets now? Can post some pics to see?

I used dformat, so far only install halfway. Some hiccups like, no shelves!! Haha. And one door seems too short. But luckily the sales person that serviced me seems responsible so let's see whether he is able to sort it out for me..

Added on January 4, 2012, 12:15 pmI dunno whether ikeas cabinets are good o not..but I'm installing everything from them except my kitchen cabinets and let's see how it turns out. I only know the price is more expensive, but I'm lazy to wait for installer to come numerous times to install different things in the house and then they will say might not make it coz cny coming etc etc. then hv to worry if service no good or door not aligned. So within 3 days ikea coming!

I find 3 contractors to quote my renovation, all think my work too small, wont do my renovation unless let them do my kitchen. So ended up let my contractor do loh. What are the ikea stuff u'll install? Cos other than kitchen cabinet, I tot all other else are diy type? I'll upload the pic at home later, very hard to do frm handphone, but my kitchen very small only with bad quality. Luckily at least he got my color scheme right.

Let's see.. without the kitchen cabinet I only wanna add 6 panel windows to my backyard, mirror mosaics at my cooking area, add 4 power points, add 1 light points, install conceal piping for 3 aircons, install fans & lights, paintings, walk in wardrobe, total less than 15K. Somemore year end already, they might better off handle big renovations for those rushing for CNY.

Adele, here's it. Sorry, photo a bit blur.
The cheapest quote I get is 9K for my kitchen but U shape, not with island. But that one need to pay deposit first before measurement so gave it a pass. Kian Classic quoted me 12K+. Another quote me 11K plus.

Oh one more thing, my solid top (included in the price) is installed by Kitch Top. Bad service. First time they came, measurement is wrong. Luckily I was there on that day (my contractor no where to be seen) to monitor and insisted they take it back to amend. They try to BS me said it's normal to have a gap between the mosaics and the solid surface (1.5 inch gap) but I said NO! Second time, they came with someone like their boss, when I asked him something, he didn't want to answer me! vmad.gif Later I noticed the solid surface, although fit in nicely, when pressed our body weight on it, it will slant. My hubby checked it and notice the solid surface thickness is slightly uneven. Asked them to rectify, they said will settle. I was busy with the curtain people and my hubby busy with the hood & hob guys. Suddenly, we realised the solid surface people already slipped and drove away quietly!!! doh.gif

The price for custom made cabinet always depend on measurement, design, material, accessories, and etc...
You can't really get a exact measurement unless you got a quotation from us after our discussion and site measurement.
Maybw I can show few photos here and provide the reference price for you. smile.gif

Hi Erny,

what if my kitchen is a long shape. due to chinese believe, water and fire can't place in same row. but my house square feet(20 x 70) is very small and long. what design is suitable then?
