I think Kubiq is a great duel at the moment I found..
I have compared with wira, ikea and some other unknown shops

Price is one thing but can u get good service & quality as well? They might give u cheaper material which consumers could never know (eg: thickness give u 5mm instead of 9mm, give u 202 grade stainless steel instead of 304) or the workmanship might not b good.

To be honest, I have many customers who bought stuff from me like Rinyuu who praised Erny for good service, price and quality. Erny might not be the cheapest but definitely the quality and service is good, or else Forumers will start bombing this thread with negative feedbacks. You can save ur time & petrol on wira, ikea, kubiq and etc.

never meet him/her before ahaha. But we share the same way of doing business, the gentlemen way. We take step by step to grow our business and not the ez way. Do you know how much time and effort we need to spent to monitor this reno thread, reply forumers questions and also assist them? 10 forumers PM us everyday asking for quotations, information, installation and etc but out off that 10 not every1 will give us business. It could b a frustrating job for us but for me, when a customer purchase the goods from me and happy with me especially those who wrote good comments and feedbacks like ryansia, rinyuu & happyday119 to thank me really give me the support to continue assisting forumers with their renovation, not sure whether Erny felt the same.

For your info, ccheng0085. I don’t really know you are fake or real account, but I just want to tell you the photos I posted here is because the owners are from Lowyat forum. Anyway most of the sites I don’t go and snap photos since I’m quite busy. I notice there are few accounts keep mention about the Cari forum, actually Patric is quite active in that forum few years ago.  But after so many fake accounts pop up in that forum, he already gives up spending time there. The timing for uploading the photos either Lowyat or Cari doesn’t make any different because he got no time to upload there. You just said that all customers from Lowyat? Think maturely, will a businessman put all the eggs in a basket?

*
Dear Erny, please read my post carefully. I didn't mean that all your customer come from LYN. I just mentioned more from LYN if compared to cari, if this fact is wrong then I'm sorry.
I just wish to tell that you did post your stuff in Cari. Nothing more.

The way you talk is just like I'm fooling around talking nonsense. Spending 10 seconds more to read carefully can avoid misunderstanding. Please respect yourself and other ppl. Thanks.

And to hnrywong, sorry that I doubt your post. I'm only active in chinese cari forum, not the malay one. Have a nice day.

White ceramic bowl should b nicer. Glass type looks nice but when u start using it, u will regret as u will c water marks all over it.

U looking for a basin to be screwed to the wall or to put on top of ur granite?

Yeah. I totally agree with what your mean.
actually, im also working at reno field tongue.gif
but newbie for LYN, since my english is not so good. hahahahha...
customer always want to find cheap + good thing.
but they never know, this world will never have any 'free lunch'...
some ppl give cheaper price, but they cut cost on material.
this is what client will never understand one, agree? smile.gif

i know steve from cari.com.my and i chat with some friend there who's became his customer before i book with him to install kc and wardrobe. i really think his price very competitive. The quality, i will reserve my comment until the installation complete.  cool2.gif  by the way, it is not impossible for his satisfied customer made multi account to promote steve work. I had read many post in cari.com from various fanatic customer, defence their favourate installer. maybe their "terhutang budi" with the some free gift given  laugh.gif

I totally disagree with what you say. If you are here to commenting about bad thing on customer, u will never get any business.
nobody will give you business if u keep talking bad about your customers .

Learn to be competitive, else don't blame customer like us.... customer are not stupid... please respect people and you are also customer for others also

To zheilwane and erny, sometimes in a forum, there is silent reader. Or there is some section in this forum that won't increase your post count when you post. Like me for instant. i have been monitoring this section for 1 and a half years. I never did post anything since i haven't really get a house or apartment yet.

But since you guys voice out about new account and stuff, i better post something here first, coz i'm about to engage you guys to do my newly bought apartment, which ...i think will be in next month.

Sometimes, its hard to judge whether a particular person who post here is genuine or not, so... easier is...just quote them with a little bit marked up price, then ask them to visit your showroom to discuss further.
