You can take LRT to Bangsar Station and go down to take a Taxi to the imgression department. cost you around rm8 for taxi to there. If you take from Wangsamaju cost you around RM15 if i didnt remember it wrongly.

There's bus both from either Bangsar or Wangsa Maju LRT towards the destination you wanted to go.
