hi guys!

I am a newbie in using BB. Got problem with my BB since yesterday.

I try to switch on my BB but nothing happened.

My battery turn off automatically because of the battery "dah abes". Then I charged the battery as usual. before this ok. but this time until now, I cant turn it on.

I really dont know why is this happen and how to solve it. Really2 sad and frustrated.

I've charged the battery and the red light flashing constantly. no blinking. i've tried with 2 PCs, and 1 laptop to charge the BB but still... cry.gif

When I plugged in the USB cable, the PC/Laptop detect the device/hardware.

i dont know what to do. Someone please help me..

Try yo do a BatteryPull and reinsert the battery after 10 seconds. It could be a flat battery and I would suggest you recharge using the wall charger instead. Leave it charge for a couple of hours.

I came across some units having difficulty charging from USB. Wall charger should be working fine.

Are you sure your battery is correctly in place? Check to see connectors are in contact with the pins. Otherwise problem like this can happen.
