after posting my last message, i beh tahan, so go back again and demand to see the manager. He was supposed to be in some conference call....bla bla bla. I told the CS, if your manager wont see me, I will escalate this thing up.

CS went in, after awhile came out with an iphone in his hand.
Proceeded to register the phone. After that let me check. Luckily the CS asked if mine is 3GS, i said yes. And the one he brought out was a 3G. So back in he went and came out with another phone. This time 3GS. So kau tim. During registration I told the CS the full story. After that I said sorry that i was angry with him just now. He said he understand.....OK everything cool down

The phone seems new on the outside. Chrome part seems new so dunno if this is refurbish set or new set. Came with a new warranty card. Now back home charging it up keeping my fingers crossed.

This set is probably meant for some other fella. I guess someone else will have to wait a bit longer.

im thinking either send my i3gs to maxis klcc or not, worried they take time to check and repair. [or keep in drawer  ]
and im not sure they goin to replace with new 1 ..

bro if you are planning to send...try sending to sunway..and make sure you pressure them by calling 123...saying that you need the phone early and stuff..maybe the longest would be 10 days...

but sunway look so far for me since im just staying at Tmn Setiawangsa and is only take 15min to KLCC by LRT 

i just doubt,how long maxis will do this Hanky Panky if i send my iphone for repair

well then you can try going to KLCC..but make sure you pressure them to get the phone fast...give some reason that you are going oversea....and stuff like that..about the warranty im not sure...but you will get a new set so the warranty card is also the new one..so there are possibility you r getting extra warranty months...

btw i just restore my i3gs to 3.1.3 [i got my phone since 1st day maxis launching,is 1st batch with old bootroom  ] intend to visit maxis klcc this afternoon.

well bro they said its refurbish...but my friend early got a new set..because the the warranty card is new..its all depend on your luck..new set...or maybe old bootroom...
