No matter how good this car is gonna be,I can bet my nuts that in no way that this car is going to ever touch CITY and VIOS sales.No way.

M'sians are still too fond of Japanese makes and this one will definately be a good seller but will not affect city n vios sales.

Its a good and awesome car.But no way it will touch Vios and City sales.

It has terrible 2nd hand value.That one is sure to turn away many prospective buyers.

This car is just gonna be like the Ford Focus in Malaysia.Good car,but just not popular with the masses.

Fortunately 90% of the masses who actually have the money Dont think like you.Resale value is important in determining whether ppl buy that particular car.

Its not typical M'sian mindset.It just shows to you that ppl analyze and think carefully before they buy.

Ppl are wiser and know how to LOSE less money instead of buying something,knowing that you are gonna lose alot of money.Only stupid ppl do that.

This car looks awesome! THe rear taillights remind me of Audi A4

Yes,this car looks good ! But really have to sit in the car and feel it .

And its still just a KIa,nowadays,ppl are very concerned about the important badge.You know,ppl feel proud owning a H or T or M badge.

So unless Kia or Naza can price this beauty at a super super price,I still dont see many people getting it.

Just read the review in some SG review site and it seems that KIA fails to live up to expectationss...

When I first saw the car and the interior,I was really impressed.

It has been a long time since a Korean car impressed me that much and this Forte has done it.

looks good and interior is nice and solid.

Have to test drive the car first before can make any comments but really has to be the "buy of the Year"

2.0 for ONLY RM 93k???!!

Damn,i bought my CITY at at RM 89k.Makes CITY look so so so expensive...hahaha..

But to be frank,I wouldnt book the car now first.Dont want to be guinea pig.Let ppl buy first and see real owners comments before thinking about it.

Cause it is seriously a nice car,but in terms of reliability and servicing,hmmm,not too convinced.

Thats why let ppl buy the car first..

Anyhow,I think this car will do well in the M'sian market due to its damn good looks!!

Bro,based on SG feedback on the FOrte,looks like the car has tons of minor minor problems no?

Went to test drive the KIA FORTE 1.6 Full spec version.

Interior was a bit of a let down,but speedometer looked great!Plastics all over ,but most of the buttons were very tactile indeed..

I like how they have put a separate screen for aircon adjusting.So you can actually see the temperature.

Seats were a bit too narrow around the waist area.It was JUST nice for me.I am not that fat.So I can say that the seats were a wee bit small.

Ok,once on the road,i noticed how quiet the forte is.The steering was good and provided feedback.

Power was smooth and good.For a 1.6,the power delivery was excellent and there was no lag whatsoever.

Handling also was impressive.I took a big turn at 100km/h and the forte was steady as ever..

I oso love the keyless entry and start.Just have to push the button to start engine and off.

To open the boot,all you have to do is press a button on the key.The design of the key is similar to BMW,just a bit wider compared to the German marque.


Oh yeah,the SA told me there is no 2.0 for the moment.Cuz the first batch will be in CBU form which will come in early next year.So just sit tight and wait..

Overall I would give this car a 8.0/10.It is seriously a bargain!

I am giving this 8.0 because it Korean for that matter..

But anyway,yeah of course interior lose to CITY but still the FORTE is a good good car for that kinda price..

Dint expect it to be this good ..

Pick up is about the same,but damn it is definately much smoother!!

Yeah of course ,cuz Forte is wider...and besides,I think its a different segment compared to CITY?
