btw..i managed to sell my car thru mudah.com.

hahaha...got extra RM2000-plus then trade-in price offered.

its a wira 1.8(a) 1996.
trade in only between 7k to highest offer RM8.5k.

btw, i also managed to sell my wife's Perdana V6 for extra RM5k.
also thru mudah.
the guy is doing his loan.
hopefully will go thru.

8.5k was offered by a 2nd hand car trader if i buy Forte thru his recommendation.
to be honest, my car condition not so good.
my mechanic buddy says quickly dispose cos its a time-bomb waiting to happen..a major breakdown gonna happen.
that's why i quickly sell...phew..

ya-lah..i think that joker was planning a con job-lah.
called him n texted him saturday also never answer nor reply me.
luckily wasn't taken for a ride, man.

btw, he's from Naza Kia Klang, Jln Kapar.

now, my latest freebie offer (from another Naza Kia branch) is:
50% safety tint from 3M (he said total RM800 so I pay only RM400);
Full tank fuel;
U guys think this is genuine???

Still waiting for him to get further freebies for me then I share with you guys...

well..this new fella i called told me usual price is RM1200 for 3M.
he claims he can get it for RM800 and I just need to pay 50%, RM400.

The warranty has yet to be announced and I believe it should be on par with Japanese. The new gen Kias - Rondo, Optima, Sportage and Spectra5 have been running around for the past 2-3 years, with HEAVY usage of the lower grade Optimas as taxis without any reported warranty issues.

IMHO not just the warranty is important, my purchase considerations would include DQR:

- DRIVABILITY
- QUALITY
- RELIABILITY

Some Japanese makes are having huge issues with prematurely worn out rear brake pads, body noise, warped brake rotors, cracked cylinder heads, etc. They keep coming back but there's often no solution. I think Kia is, as the UK slogan went, 'The Thinking Customer's choice'. Long warranty might be comforting but, in the long run it might be like putting a bandage on your knee for a headache. Better to have a rock-solid product in the first place.

Looking at the track record of the new Kias (2006-onwards), I'm very confident. Cumulatively, through the first ten months of 2009, Kia’s global sales have increased by 13.9% year-on-year and reached 1,336,378 units!!

This is a dealer and what the salesman can't give us.
I've called almost every branches and dealers.

I was almost conned by another salesman.
he told me free insurance & road tax - deduct RM2300 from the OTR price.
but he said for 1st 30 bookings only.
when i asked for it he said no more liao.
