regarding the SC, i was also being told that certain service stuffs are compulsary wether u want it or not ..they gonna charge it in the bill.
eg: fuel injector cleaner (RM19+) , rain X winshield washer (Rm4) , battery terminal cover (RM..forgot already) , sundry items..(RM4) ... all the above except battery terminal cover , HAVE to be included in the bill every time you send your car to KIA SC for service. The manager told me it was the guidelines set by KIA. |

QUOTE(madman20 @ Nov 12 2009, 09:05 PM) I usually apply my own RainX leh..lol..but wow..Fully synthetic kaa..I prefer using Eneos' semi-syn =S the rainX is not the one apply to the mirror 1, is the 1 pour into the washer tank....i think outside selling less than rm10 , they pour abit into our tank and charge us rm 4 for it . I told them i dont need it, but they insist on it. i gonna call up KIA office and ask about this. They're making hell lots of money from us by doing this. I chooce to go for fully synthetic coz i dont have to visit them so many time....semi synt oil is rm 99 ....fully synt 195,but over the next 5K km u get to minus 1 oil filter , 1 injector cleaner, 1 rain X , 1 labour charge, 1 sundary items charge,etc......so its more worth it to go for fully synt. further more i hear that fully synt oil have better properties which we can save fuel too. |

if highway 100% ...rm 60 can go 400km..8.23L/100km (at 120-130km/h) if drive 90-100km/h ..can go down to 7.5L or 7.3L/100km my car just over 7K km...power starts to feel better. |

QUOTE(spayre @ Nov 26 2009, 02:44 PM) GOOD NEWS! can upgrade ..infact my spectra5 is having 5 years warranty ..2 years by KIA , and the next 3 years by some donno what insurance company <--this is what i'm not confident in. i havent even receive my extended warranty letter yet...Kia Forte 2 years warranty CAN be extended by another WHOPPING 3 years by a mere RM 700 ++ <-- this is what my sa told me... yup, thats y i'm thinking bout what they cover actually...since mine is free, so i i'm not thinking about wether to pay that rm700 or not. Just have to find out what they cover.
coz u all know la, bila mau claim, ini tak boleh itu tak boleh..they normally cover those parts which majority will not gets damage easily |

Sluggish feeling differ from person to person...1.6 is ok for NORMAL use, if u have 4-5 adults in the car u'll feel heavy...and if with 4-5 adults going up genting, u'll know what ppl called "tarik lembu naik genting" . (u just gotta try this)..
1.6 acceleration guaranteed loose to vios or city. burgerlim tried already ar? This post has been edited by bobbychin: Nov 26 2009, 05:03 PM |
