hi boys and gals here.

Usually intel's cpu/mobo takes how long to RMA?

I've waited nearly a month long already.

Is it normal? hmm.gif hmm.gif

anyone who have rma items with intel pls let me know.

actually kalau kedai yang u hantar waranti tu kedai u selalu beli@regular kustomer then ok la.kerana u ada bagi itu tauke untung mah.mereka akan layan u baik-baik punya.jadi barang pun akan dapat cepat mah.pasal u ialah VALUABLE customer...tapi kalau u jenis processor beli dari kedai lain then itu motherboard beli dari kedai lain.....susah la........itu muka pun sangat masam.cakap kasar-kasar........

tapi ada sesetengah kedai komputer order direct dari Distributor macam Mlink/Nationtech/Alphamatic.....distrubutor punya rules mereka ada MOQ (minimum order Quantity) cth dalam satu resit kena ada order barang rm 1000 baru mereka hantar.....tapi itu hantar saja........untuk proses waranti mereka tak akan datang ambil begitu saja shocking.gif itu kedai kena order barang sehingga rm 1000 baru mereka ambil barang tadi itu pergi waranti.........itu yang jadi lama.ada sesetengah kes sampai 3 bulan....kena call 5-6 kali.......pasal kes ni la.itu kedai sudah tak ada order barang dari supplier yang jual motherboard/processor itu lagi....bila barang sudah tak ada order jadi itu barang mau claim waranti pun jadi lama la mau waranti.....

U punya processor dan mobo model apa? 1 bulan agak lama la.tak baik untuk bisnes.

urm..why dont u use live message at intel website???
it fast and reliable nod.gif
take 3 days n dhl come to ur house with waranty return note n just fill up the form
then give it ur mobo to them
n it take about 3 day also
then u get a new one

I would avoid going thru a reseller to claim warranty if I could. If I ca do it myself or online, I will choose that first...

I have claim 3 HDD form Seagate and WD, only takes 2 weeks. I claim RAM, only get back in 10 minutes. I call thumbdrive... also take 10 minutes. All direct claim.

When I claim DVDRW thru seller, take me more than a months, the worst is, I getting a different brand.... WTH. Same for my HDD before I learn how to claim myself.

I have call them... if they have stock you can get the replacements straight away, if not need to wait... technician will verify on the spot your hdd...

Need to bring proof of purchase like receipt or whatever you have...

if u not a intel channel partner... need wait about 1-2 week....

if u are channel partner, they will give u a replacement motherboard b4 they collect urs faulty motherboard

they need to change the pin kot... board made by machine, now they need to do manually and nobody know how to do.... doh.gif
