Few stuffs I can excrete out for you:
1) Chefs - where are you to get them, the legality of it (foreigners) and their visa requirements. 2) Standardization of food quality and taste - one chef's cooking differs from another. You know how to cook, but how are you to run the business if you're doing the cooking all the time? |
