Depends what type of business you want to register.

A sole-proprietor, Partnership, Private Limited.
If you are owning this business alone, and do not have business partners, then you should go for sole-proprietor [it's cheaper than registering a private limited] though it does has it's downsides. Registering a private limited would protect you from a lot of liabilities, but it's more expensive, probably around RM2,000 if you hire people to register for you.

That's the registration part. Next you have to see if you want to get the 'HALAL' approval or not. Then there's also business premises permit etc. There's really alot to look into. Good luck
