This is a forum for all sorts of people, including people in the FNB industry so how exactly am I supposed to direct my questions to the appropriate people?
My safest bet is to hope people who know the answers to my questions to help me out

yo bro, i can see that you have a very low limit of tolerance and a very high level of temper. The combination of these two might bring whatever business down, believe me. In real business you need probably 100 times higher limit of tolerance and 100 times lower level of temper. Your attitude has a big role in your business, so stay cool. No need to be jumpy. I'm not a pro in business but all you have to do is to ignore all negative replies towards you and only take positive replies into account.
