Its a convertible bond which you can convert to normal shares at any point in time before its expire. In the meantime, you'll get 8% returns per annum if you don't convert the ICULS. So far quite a number of ICULS issued prior to this exercise have been converted already (about 4 million of them) so I think its safe to assume that the investors are keen on this rights issue. Another way to look at it is the investors want to cash in now and get out of the company. hmm.gif

If the exercise price too high. Investors will not convert to mother share. For this case, what option available?

They can sell the renounceable rights to the open market just like when GPACKET-OR was listed.

i not very sure bout it but the coupon rate is vary from every ICULS... not every ICULS will give 8% return...
normal ICULS will have up to 10yrs maturity date...

Oh, I was talking about the current ICULS. That one will be giving out an 8% return.
Even so, the previous ICULS (E&O-LA) is also giving out a return of 8% per annum.

I notice this E&O-LA no much buy and sell power.

So for coming ICULS, we need to pay additional 0.65. How much the conversion to mother share?

I'm not sure though. I've never converted an ICULS before or known anyone who has done so.
