hi all,

i need some advise. i want to renew my insurance.. i own a 1.3 myvi ezi manufactured in 2007. previously i was insured by kurnia. tomorrow my road tax will expired. i did check with myeg.com.my and interested to renew online. unfortunately they did not provide services from kurnia. so i thought, i just need to change to takaful. after spoke to the person in charge, they quote my insurance for rm36k. but it sounds too low for me. i ring the kurnia insurance agent, and he quoted for 40k. my question is:-

1. any disadvantages should i expect by changing to another insurer?
2. why the was a 4k gap between those two insurer?

last month, i went to Subang Service Center (at petronas subang, near to subang terminal 1 roundabout).. after experiencing with a number of SC, so far this is the best service center i personally experienced.. the staf was nice.. experienced.. and friendly.. i got quite a deal from the customer service as well.. staff price for parts (absorber, maintenance free battery, 5 doors anti-theft lock guard, and some more..

anyone of u have tried the perodua maintenance free battery? i donno la.. but mine, after installed for 1 week, i travelled a lot.. while travelling i noticed that my seat bealt indicator on the dashboard blinking randomly although i have fasten my seat bealt.. disattached and attached it back wont solve the problem. so i think i wanna bring my car to the SC again once back to kl. fortunately, the things solve by itself.. on my way back to KL, the indicator is working fine till now.. its been almost a month already.. hmm.. anyone have experienced this? thanks..
