helo guys, my myvi's steering having some weird sounds when reaching certain degrees on left turn, around more than 360 degree...sounds abit like high pitch "hmm hmm hmm"...
so anyone here knows what problem is that ?? cause i'm going outstation with my myvi few days later....scare it might causing steering malfunction during high speed, would cause life man....-.-"
*
Actually no problem. I accounted smiler problem before. What i did was, 100% flush out old powerstering oil and place new one. Then no more already. But that's only my case and I am using the 1A motul as my powerstering oil. So good luck bro.

i've asked the perodua sc advisor, he said installing bars which connecting the suspensions will void suspensions' warranty...zzz -.-"
they said perodua like to find any kind of excuses to void your warranty, as long as u've modified something related with certain part, it will give them the chance to void the warranty of that particular part....
*
Bro, P2 always give lame excuses just for you to follow their so call procedure. Their main intention is to squeeze your pocket money as max as possible in order for then to earn. From what i know, if u touch your engine only then it will avoid warranty. If u install those VS, grounding etc, that be fine.

If u wanna install bars, i properly suggest u go for

UR Anti-roll Bar (Rear) - A must
UR Front Strut Bar (2 points) - A must
UR Fender bars (optional)
UR Anti-roll Bar (Front) - Only for Myvi 1.0

Thats all.

kuatnya nih racun UR supporter~
sum ppl go back jus for warranty but after tat do it outside is much cheaper~
*
Hehe, what to do boss. It proven to be one of the best so call stabilizer by far. I said one of the best not the best (don't get me wrong). I been using UR for the pass 2.5 years and it never disappointed me especially fender bar effect rclxms.gif .

agree...i've install 2 of it already !!! hehe, UR rear anti-roll bar and front strut bar. The fender bars install on the front-side, above the wheels right ??? got use 1 ar?? i thought its for chassis protection only -.-"

Added on June 9, 2009, 7:04 pm

me too still giving perodua SC service my car, because i'm still under warranty. But although no warranty already i will still go back there service, because already use to it and familiar with the workers over there, very friendly.
*
Question. For front strut bar, u using 2p or 4p? I hope u using 2p because 4p will accouter a bit difficulties in servicing or modding your car near future. If that's the case should be enough already for 1.3 unless u going for supercharger, bolt on turbo or heavy NA mod then u need the fender bar.

That's all.

i'm using 2p. so the fender bar is not necessary la??? i just want a more stability ride, especially on cornering....cos i'm a lazy breaker.....if not necessary i'll try my best not to do any breaking but releasing throttle and let it slow down itself.....hahahaha
*
Actually, fender bar is not the necessary to install. Unless you always drive fast and like to zit z during jam HEHE like me tongue.gif . But i want to cut down all this nonsense and wanna drive back like normal people smile.gif . So for me, i don't think is wise for u to install. Unless, if u using open pod, VSD2 or 4, supercharger or BOT then u have to already plus need to mod your braking system HEHE.

hi guys, just to ask sumthing about K&N drop in for myvi, some say it helps a little in acceleration, but some still stick with stock filter and think that aftermarket filters are not necessary. I'm currently wondering whether should i change it to K&N to get a little more juice from my myvi, hope u guys could give me some advise?about de-cat.....does it really improves as well?how about the noise after de-cat?still like normal?
*
To solved your problem, try get any person using KnN. Pay a rentel fee or favors. Try within 3 days and see the outcome. I been using it for the almost 2 years and I am still amazed with the outcome. HEHE. U can feel the different instantly. Trust me smile.gif

Oh... That is quite a nice price .. I've seen a lot at RM 35k ~ RM 40k but don't know how to choose.. Never buy local car before..

Any problem other than the disc brake?

If Myvi fail to impress me.. Maybe collect more cash for Vios / swift ..

Thanks ..  smile.gif
*
Bro, if i were you I will definitely get Swift. More power and comfort. For reasonable maintenance, best to go for myvi. Think about it smile.gif

I can afford Swift but I prefer to have more money to spend every month ...
I also know Myvi spare parts and accessories are everywhere ...
Just scare I regret buying it only ...  smile.gif
*
If that's the case, get Myvi. Maintain stock condition. Service on time (extra 1k or 2k also can).
U should have more money to spend at the end of the day. smile.gif
But don't hape for comfort ride from Myvi. It's impossible to get it.

Good luck

OH ya.wat can i do to the break ar? wah seh. .the break rite.. seriously like camry like that 1 lo...

SInce your car is new, go get a decent voltage stabilizer (My recommendation is either Guang Dao or Hot Inazma). Get the grounding set and spread it accordingly. That's all for starters. smile.gif

Btw, yours is auto or manual? If manual you can go much more tongue.gif

Where can get those Guang Dao or Hot Inazma? Cost of installation?
*
Depending on your budget. This VS is a one time installation. My recommendation is get the best.

Hot Inazma Hyper + grounding
http://www.sunautomobile.com/hyperVoltageGT.html
http://www.sun-auto.co.jp/english/english_.../hot_earth.html

Guang Dao
http://www.vclassmotorsport.com/template.asp?menuid=43

U can also ask from
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=894540

All this VS things are depending on your budget. The more u pay, the more stability and power u will get from the VS. Best VS will cost you more then RM850++

If u a budget type, u can also get Mega Raizin and grounding.

*
You should try Torco, Lucas (Next month I'm using) and Motul. Motul you should go for Power Racing 300v rclxm9.gif. Been using it for almost 2 years now. Result excellent smile.gif A tips for you, best to service oil engine is 10K (Max 12k). If you love your engine that is smile.gif

how do u check it? ?
on running or stall reading? ?
gear oil better change after market which is better than P2~
it's recomended change every 20k km 2 preserve ur gear box's life span~
*
Using the voltage reader. Stall reading 12.5v - 12.7v and running 12.5v - 12.8v. Replace new battery already. Triple check the battery condition. Nothing wrong with the battery. So what when wrong here?
