Safar..what max download speed i can get with 2mb streamyx package using ur service?

Safar,

Currently my account got suspended due to multiple login from different region. I've no idea how this happening since i'm only use one pc with one connection plus not sharing the account with anyone. Please re-activate my account

that's the problem here. Why i would like to share my account which i paid with my own money? I've no idea how this happen. Please help solve this problem

Thanks for the quick response. Problem solved. Good service. FYI..I've use many type services before (vpn, webui..etc). This is my 1st time trying this service and got this kind of problem. I know the responsibilities and the ethic of not sharing the account. I know u still accuse me of sharing it (which i don't). Let this be the 1st and last time me using this service. Will revert back to my previous vpn once my account expired.

As u said previously..ur service is far cheap from other i would rather not sharing it but recommend to subscribe themselves (as i'm not a generous person). For me it is not a good way to straight away accuse me for sharing it.
Can try better way to find the root cause. I don't mind if this problem occurs if i'm really sharing it. But that is not what happen. I just feel sad for being accuse for what i'm not doing. I'm sorry for making u uncomfortable with me. but this is just a react to defend myself.

I already submit a ticket previously about this prob. If i share this account why would in the world i would submit the ticket. Better i ask them to stop using so i can continue using it. just think about it.
