I getting at 180kbps just for two days only then speed slowdown to 50Kbps.

Please do check why slow. Now I can achieved only up to 50Kbps. Tested on all IP's range, result remain same.

http download max connection should be 10 include with your page , however it may not support resume.
best to use with FTP unless you really need http.
FTP speed now run very smooth since the streamyx issue has been fix and hope it stay that way.
