recently i think some of the seedbox user are facing very slow download speed from the server to your home! i think it should be the streamyx routing issue!

Now i teach you how to Trouble shoot it!

Do not worry pick up your phone call 100,
then select the technical support
told them why the download speed so slow and provide them server ip. ask them why like this. i use other provider no problem.
then the tm net customer service sure will ask you do this test that test. after few test the problem can not solved. they will help you submit the report. after submit the report the problem should be solve!

Tm NUt really stupid. need people FXXXXXXXK then problem solved.

my problem is slightly different. downloading files from server to PC is very slow but at the same time i had other downloads from hotfiles, rapidshare etc and i got my normal speed. i still couldnt figure out why..

maybe TM is blocking the ftp protocol for my port..

it could be bad routing from that range of ip. try reconnect.
