I know this is a long shot but here's my problem.

I have this Atrix Gaming casing that has this LED at the front with GPU temperature and some other displays like time and e.t.c

The problem is this LED also has some kind of alarm that goes off if the temperature goes to a certain level.
By default (that is when doing basic things like browsing or documentation) the temperate is around 50 C but when I start gaming it goes up to around 59-61 C.
Now as soon as the temp goes to 61 C the stupid display sets of an annoying alarm. Of late I can't game because its so noisy and I can't figure out how to turn it off.

I assume this is the GPU temp because the alarm only goes of when I start gaming.

Rather than wasting time going to the shop where I bought the casing 2 years ago (why I say waste time is most times I go to those guys with the simplest of problems they say things like "don't know" or "dead already") I thought I would ask for help here first.

My casing is ADVANCE 8505B ATRIX in case anyone needs to know that.

Does anyone know how I can turn off the stupid LED or disable it somehow ? It is such an inconvenience and I don't need it anyway. sad.gif

I am using Atrix casing as well...I dont really think you can disable this function because I think the default temperate have already per set in advance.
As madman said, u can unplug the temp sensor, but what kind of graphic card u using? When it reach such temp, I don tink its good for your hardware..
