It looks like mini VGA socket, works exactly the same as component. PA are selling these for PS3 and Wii, can take a look. The reason I'm getting one is because I'm going to use it for an upscaler instead of directly to the TV.

US and PAL can share memory card no problem, but need different card for Japanese games' saves. There's no region lock for the controllers though, nothing to worry.
I'm a PAL Cube owner too |

Put off by 2 things though, shipping fee isn't to my liking, and no digital port means the next best thing is S-Video only

You mean component vs composite dark? The improvement is quite significant, especially red details

If budget is not your concern you can try this http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Nintendo-New-Famico...93%3A2|294%3A50
Haven't had any problem dealing with this seller before but make sure you use EMS |

QUOTE(Mayomythical @ Feb 23 2010, 11:19 AM) Now replaying my unfinished savegame in Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem... ahh the memories. I remember it being so scary as a kid that I did not dare go on following the dead woman in bathtub scene. I also haven't finished this game, stuck at the second last chapter, before the fireman chapter |
