I do strongly disagree to put the dogs with SPCA, what is the point of getting them out there and sending them to another place where they will also have high chance being put to sleep later on. They might be able to live even longer.
Yes, one of the equipment you need is fishing net, just in case you really can't get hold of any of the dog, you need to set up some nice traps to get them but not those hurtful traps.
Anyway, just try our best to save as many as we can.
Please keep us update should there is an event on that. I'd like to join. I am a dog lover, I could volunteer bath the dog, give them a good scrap and massage.
