QUOTE(panasonic88 @ May 12 2009, 10:32 PM) My contribution, as per discussed with Adrian on MSN. Yea, Thanks alot for your contribution. Will update the post now.Initially, I wanted to buy as many cages as possible, however, the cost for a cage is not cheap, it is out of my budget. However, I was inspired by this photo, ![]() I read about you guys blogs and feedbacks, it seems that the area at Pulau Ketam / Pulat Tengah is harsh and not easy to deal with. Muddy, dirty, broken nails & kayu, trash, poisonous reptiles, bones (omg) etc etc. Therefore, I believe you guys need a safety foot wear to protect yourself. Yup, the yellow safety boots! I will contribute 10 pairs of Safety Boots (since my company is selling it, so I am able to buy it at a good/staff price). Will get the sizes from Adrian. We have ready stock for shoes size 4, 5, 6, 7. |

Btw,
Please refrain from post that is unrelated to the project. I hate wasting my time searching through unrelated post just to find updates on activities and I believe the rest of us feels the same way too. |

If most agrees with it, I have no problem. Just make the "a" a small case. SAD sounds too negative for me.

QUOTE(Yukaeshi @ Jun 1 2009, 12:19 AM) Nice update Joyce hmm, i tot the rest mentioned because of the budget we're sticking with thick ropes? or did i miss anything out ytd?Ming you better be there next week to help me la BTW, I have inquired for stainless steel choke chains at Petsmore earlier. I will be getting a rough estimate of the price by tomorrow. Will keep you guys updated. Any estimated budget for the chains? I chose stainless steel choke chains because 1. they're stainless steel, and are therefore better and more hardier and 2. according to the more senior volunteers, some of the dogs bite off their cloth/normal collars, so choke chains would be the best option IMO, but then it's also subject to everyone's agreement. |

QUOTE(Yukaeshi @ Jun 1 2009, 03:22 PM) The older volunteers and Sabrina said that if possible, choke chains be used for the dog's collars, because some of them tend to bite the thick ropes and will spoil them. That's why I asked for the prices of choke chains instead ah, okay. I too am for the rappers chain. Last longer too.QUOTE(chibi_tenko @ Jun 1 2009, 04:53 PM) Definately more handsome now.QUOTE(chibi_tenko @ Jun 1 2009, 05:39 PM) Btw Dadarouch, remind me to pass back your Touch n Go card. Thanks for lending me. You never hamsup the detector properly la. You need to rub rub on it sometimes. Btw, if you need to use it, keep it la. I got another card.QUOTE(chibi_tenko @ Jun 1 2009, 07:42 PM) It's not empty le. There's still RM6.70 or RM6.90 left. If it's empty, I'm gonna ask Sabrina to neuter him next time. QUOTE(Yukaeshi @ Jun 1 2009, 08:13 PM) But who's going to pay for dadarouch's neutering le? Thou shall not speak badly of thy Comm "Co#k" Head. 1st rule in dadarouch's 10 commandments for the SAS team.I think we could squish him with rice and dog food. You know, accidents happen. When we rearrange the storage cabin we can convieniently plant him somewhere and pile the dog food and rice on him |

QUOTE(Yukaeshi @ Jun 1 2009, 08:42 PM) Got speak bad meh? SAD it is then. Coz im not so sure as wellSAS = Special Air Service in the UK. Kind of like the SWAT team in the US Petsmore still hasn't gotten the quotation for me yet. Most likely tomorrow. Will try to get prices ASAP. All I know for now is that they are giving 15% off the purchase of the collars. I'm trying to get exact prices for the collars, though, so we can all come up with a budget or something. QUOTE(chibi_tenko @ Jun 1 2009, 08:54 PM) Yes, there are still alot of dogs left in Hell Island. It's getting more difficult for the rescuers to reach them as they've seemed to move further inland. All of us are praying that Sabrina and team can get to as many of the dogs as possible before time runs out. sadness. how come so wicked one Simple la. Just knee him real hard is enough to neuter already. I think you're just the right height when you lift your knee. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Dadarouch = self pawnage its the detector, not my card. |
