Updates on the current situation

Changes had to be made to our Pulau Ketam mission due to the outcome of last Monday’s meeting between the NGOs, FFF and MPK. Instead of going into Ground Zero, we will now instead help out at FFF with whatever that is necessary. Sabrina will need all the help she can get as she is planning to expand the farm further. Expansion work is expected to start next week. Anyone who can help out is welcomed to join our team - Just PM Adrianck and we will add you in the list of team members.

Our plan is to volunteer at Sabrina’s farm once every two weeks, reason being that sometimes we (the team members) might not be available to participate in the outings if it is conducted every week. However, sometimes due to special circumstances, we might go over to FFF two or three weeks in a row. Team members who wish to go to FFF themselves : please alert Adrian or any of the committee members so that we will alert the rest who wish to join as well.

As mentioned above, Sabrina is planning to expand FFF and she will need all the help she can get. Anyone who wish to donate materials such as wood, nails, newspapers (just to name a few), please reply in this thread and we will take note of it. There are several team members who are planning to drop by this weekend to FFF. Date, time and agenda will be announced once we have confirmed with them.

*NOTE : The purpose of going over to FFF is to help out in whatever we can. It will not be a ‘sight-seeing’ trip, so dress accordingly and don’t forget to bring extra clothes for changing and lots of water.

A friend is volunteering to deliver dogfoods from Penang to FFF on 24th. If anyone from Penang would like to donate dogfood/syampoo/rice/dewormer/etc ,u can PM me to get the exact location to pass ur donation to the volunteer before 24th.

The target is 200kg dogfood. But so far, she only managed to get 77kg dogfoods

Hope she will get more donation before she off to Kl

Hi Nico ... now is at 80 kg but haven't collected all yet. Maximum load for my car is 200kg. Otherwise, my car cannot 'jalan'.
Btw, this coming weekend, 24th May, some volunteers from HomeApet (around 18-20 people) will also be going to FFF.

Wah.. seems like a lot of ppl will be going to FFF this weekend. I read somewhere else that sabrina wants to expand the FFF's doghouse so she might needs some materials like wood, nails, tools etc.

That's cos I have 3 mongrel dogs at farm, due to the kindness of Sabrina. . So I try to visit them at FFF, fortnightly.
Bless Sabrina for her kindness.
