Can you see subtitles when you play your video files through Window Media Player?
If you can, then you should see it also in TVersity.
The other thing to note is that, under TVersity config, you have set Transcode to always as the only way for it to display subtitle it to transcode the video file and subs together.

If you cannot view subs in Window Media Player, you'll need to download codec packs such as this :

If you can view the subs in Windows Media Player, then all you need to do in Tversity is to set TRANSCODE to ALWAYS.

This will HARDCODE the subs into the video you're watching (that means you cannot remove the subs).

Subtitle options in Xbox 360 wont work with TVersity, that option is only available if you're watching DVD using the Xbox.

The downside with setting TRANSCODE to ALWAYS is that TVersity will always 'convert' the video files irregardless whether the video is compatible with xbox or not. You CPU will take a performance hit.

My experience is, after fast forwarding, the voice and video is not tally anymore...

Anyway, I'm not sure is because of this software or not.. after 2 years never 3ROD, after using this software, watched 2 movies, then 3ROD

Are you having trouble with all videos? or just a specific one? MKV files are known to have problems showing subtitles through tversity.

If your Transcode option set to Auto, when you watch a video that is compatible with Xbox, Tversity will just stream it directly from your PC. You can fastforward with no problems for these type of video files.

If the video is NOT compatible with Xbox, then Tversity with transcode it on the fly to a video type that is compatible with Xbox and then stream it. When this happends, you cannot use the fastforward/backwards functions.

Added on May 12, 2009, 8:24 amMKV is not supported by Xbox, hence it will be trancoded to a format that is compatible via Tversity to the xbox. Since MKV subtitles are embedded into the video files itself, you might have issues with it when transcoding. Generally MKV transcoding eats up the CPU processing time, so if you don't have a powerful PC, the playback might be choppy on your Xbox.
