 WTA HDMI to DVI Converter, urgent need advice

hi everybody i have been lookin for this converter the HDMI to DVI converter..my computer supports HDMI and i was wondering if i would plug it to my LCD which uses DVI..

does it actually improve the quality when i convert it from HDMI output to a HDMI to DVI converter to my LCD..

do advice people biggrin.gif thanks

using a normal LCD monitor ya.. not LCD TV..

Yes you can. DVI is similar to HDMI excepts it doesn't carry audio

you may use the HDMI-DVI cable but the quality is worse than HDMI-HDMI cable i believe.

Just use DVI la until u get urself a nice full HD LCD TV with HDMI biggrin.gif

You don't need to get a converter.

Straight away use a DVI-HDMi cable. Conversion adapter will somehow deteriotes the quality.
