Haha, I'm not averaging down my losses in saag. No more capital to expend.
I'm taking this as a learning experience if nothing else comes out from this.  laugh.gif

well, there are wide varieties of investment choices:

ranging from least risky to most risky

1) FD
2) Government Fixed Price Amanah Saham
3) Government Bond
4) Private Bond
5) Mutual Fund
6) Stock Investment
7) Option Investment (DUN TRY)
8) Future Commodities (DUN TRY)
9) Foreign Exchange

1-3: Use big money to earn little money, anyone can involve

4-6: Use moderate money to earn/loss moderate money, for professionals with extra income only after paying their life

7-9: Use small money to earn big money: My advise is never try. I don't say it will difinitely loss. But out of 1000 investors, may be only a few be the last winners.

In fact, I only recommend 1-3 for normal people. And most important, never take loan to invest, no matter how greedy you are.

well, i am now doing foreign exchange which is at the top of your list.
the most important thing is to discipline yourself, and not to be greedy, take profit, even the profit margin is small, while you have the ability to do so.
same goes to stock investment, i think most ppl invest in saag should know this, after we bought this counter, the price would have been rises for half cent or to a few cents during the rally, but we are too greedy to hold them until.... the party is over..
i am on of these ppl, example is oilcorp which cause me loses around 16k, i had disposed all of those share, during the rally time, my paper profit is 3k+, but i am just too greedy, attempt to get more, and now this is the price.

so think clearly about strategy that is to be used on this counter.....
i had already declared my standing

Yeah.. just make sure we understand the strategy needed.

If you want to hold long, buy blue chip at near end of bear market or beginning of bull market.

For FOREX, just follow the trend and make sure don't leverage too much, later margin call then no more chance.
