in the case of saag, those big shacks cant dispose their share theu open market if ikan bilis like us didn't buy the shares thru open market, so they need to persuade more ppl to buy those shares from open market.
or maybe he feel very disappointed as the saag's price dropped to 0.22?
since his tp is .32 and keep on telling others that his prediction will never be wrong.

5th tranche of new shares issuance was announced after Tuesday's session, after the statement that I made about 4th tranche was fully released, claiming that there could be no more new shares issuance.

True but Buffet is a value investor not a trader. Therefore he hardly losses his capital and can afford to say, never lose your capital.
But if you're buying counters like this, you're effectively a trader and therefore his rule no 1 doesn't apply all the time. As a trader, you must know when to cut loss. Otherwise it'll eat into your capital. For those who bought it in the 20-ies range then its better to cut loss now before it goes lower (to 18 sen?)...

Yeah, I figured that there's no point in holding it because although its painful to bite the bullet now that its down by so much, I'm losing out on opportunities to recoup the losses elsewhere. So one must also think about the opportunity costs vis a vis holding it in the long term.
