okay, let me start..im purchasing a 2nd house..

1. i had done s&p,offer letter,loan agreement.
2. bank had just done their evaluation on the house.
3. i called lawyer for current status, they said waiting for the bank to sign documents before they can proceed.

how long only bank will sign ?
and how long more until i get my key ?
i dont want to pay 8% interest per annum.

i signed s&p on 30th march, means bank should release it before 30th jun rite?
