hi...this is what happened...
last week i sold a top and i posted by pos ekspres....the buyer suppose to get it on 28/4 and then today 5/5 she sent me an email saying that she didn't receive it...i check at pos.com.my..it stated delivered....whose fault izzit now? should i refund to her?
